Answerland’s Quality Team recognizes librarians for high quality digital reference work while staffing the service through the Notable Transcript award. This program is currently on hiatus while the Quality Team updates the mentoring program and creates best practices for the Answerland community. Awards have resumed as of Spring 2022.
